Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with AI Quarium ("AI Quarium", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our services or submitting a project enquiry, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Services

Our AI-powered services include but are not limited to:

• Conversational AI system design

• Lead generation chatbot development

• Automated customer support tools

• AI strategy consulting

• Website integration and support

• Ongoing optimisation and training of AI systems

3. Project Terms

3.1 Proposals and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted based on your unique business needs and tech requirements.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to commence work

• The balance is due upon final delivery

• Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately

• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all original content, brand assets, and materials you provide. AI Quarium shall maintain ownership of all templates.

4.2 Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final AI flows and assets delivered, excluding:

• Third - party libraries or stock assets (e.g. fonts, icons)

• Internal AI Quarium tools, scripts, and frameworks

• Open - source integrations used in the build

5. Project Management

5.1 Timeline

Project timelines depend on your timely feedback, prompt asset delivery, and communication throughout.

5.2 Revisions

We include two rounds of revisions. Any further revisions are billed at a separate rate.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all business information, proprietary data, and strategic insights you share with full confidentiality and discretion.

7. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the project with 30 days’ written notice. You will be invoiced for completed work up to the date of termination.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our solutions will be functional and bug - free for 30 days after launch. This warranty excludes:

• Content updates

• Feature additions or enhancements

• Issues caused by third - party services

• User - or client - caused errors

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for services. We are not responsible for any lost data, profits, business, indirect damages or any other losses/ expected losses in any way.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will not retroactively affect previously agreed projects.
